Kundalini Reiki is a specific type of subtle energy work in which healing is performed by the touch of the hands, allowing the flow of the energy from a limitless source of "Life Force Energy" to the patient via the Reiki practitioner.
Kundalini Reiki healing is a natural therapy that balances life energies and brings health and well being to the recipient.
When the flow of the "Life Force Energy" is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, toxicity, nutritional deficiencies, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self or from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way.
Kundalini Reiki is excellent for healing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind. This energy can also be very effective at relieving stress and inducing deep relaxation.
After sessions you may find issues or feelings from a past situation that may suddenly be affecting you again. Know that this is normal. Processing your emotions at this time will facilitate healing within and allow the Kundalini energy to be fully utilized.
During your session you are fully clothed (no shoes) and will be lying face up on a massage-type table & covered. Kundalini Reiki is performed by channeling the energy through the practitioner to the the client and then placing hands on the head, shoulders, knees & feet. Sessions are typically 1 to 1 1/2 hours long.
It is recommended that new clients recieve 3 Kundalini Reiki sessions initially for optimum healing, one week apart for 3 weeks, then tune-ups as needed after that.
